Online book prices are listed in US dollars. Postage will be billed at actual cost. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship by Air-Mail. Payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque and international money order if you are outside of Canada. Please make the last two out to 'Berliner Antiques'. Credit card orders accepted by e-mail, facsimile and telephone, but we suggest facsimile or telephone for security reasons. Please remember that for credit card orders the charge will be made in Canadian dollars at the prevailing rate of exchange. Canadian orders please add 7% GST. Upon request for a book, it will be put aside and posted when credit card information, cheque or money order is received.
